LocalGov Drupal is a Drupal distribution built for UK and Irish councils to manage and publish public facing content to their citizens. With common user needs, councils save time and money and increase the quality of published content for citizens by collaborating on the publishing platform and working practices. 

To maintain and grow an open source Drupal distribution like LocalGov Drupal we need people's time to develop, build, test, document and fix code, functionality and related content around the suite of modules, themes and profiles that fall under the LocalGov Drupal umbrella.

This session will explore how are we evolving our model to incentivise more contribution through educating, crediting, weighting, incentivising and the certified supplier programme. 

Finn Lewis is the Technical Lead of LocalGov Drupal and has been working on the project since its inception in 2020, and with Drupal since 2006.
