We’re looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to help make DrupalCamp England 2026 a success! Volunteering is a great way to contribute to the Drupal community, network with professionals, and gain valuable experience.

On Floor Assistance

Assist attendees with navigation and provide support during the event.

• Guide attendees to various areas such as session rooms and networking zones.
• Help with setting up banners and placards.
• Address attendee queries about the event.
• Provide general support for a seamless event experience.

Registrations

Ensure a smooth check-in process for attendees and provide guidance.

• Welcome attendees and check registration details.
• Maintain a smooth and steady check-in process.
• Provide assistance and guidance about the event and schedules.

Speaker Assistance

Ensure a smooth experience for speakers during their sessions.

• Ensure AV equipment is operational and assist with troubleshooting.
• Manage session timing and provide support during Q&A.
• Ensure speaker comfort with room setup and additional requirements.

Contribution Sprint Mentor

Guide contributors during the contribution sprint.

• Triage issues for contributions during the sprint.
• Guide first-time contributors step by step in making Drupal contributions.
